Terms of Service
Last updated: July 25, 2026
1. Service Description
Pulse Resolve is a sovereign technology platform operated by DTOS Pulse that provides automated and specialist-assisted infrastructure repairs. Services include but are not limited to SSL certificate provisioning, DNS configuration, email deliverability, hosting migration, security hardening, and general infrastructure diagnostics. Repairs are executed via D/CI (Deterministic Computational Intelligence) — a rules-based, non-AI automation engine that applies scoped, validated fixes to infrastructure problems.
2. No Guarantee of First-Fix
Automated fixes executed by D/CI may require multiple attempts due to the complexity and variability of infrastructure environments. The platform and support team will work with the client to ensure resolution. If D/CI cannot resolve an issue through automated means, a human specialist will be assigned to the case. Resolution is the goal of every engagement — not a single-attempt guarantee.
3. Liability Limitation
Pulse Resolve is not liable for damages caused by infrastructure changes that the client has authorized. All repairs are scoped, deterministic, and validated both before and after execution. Clients are presented with a clear scope of work and must authorize each fix before it is applied. DTOS Pulse's total liability for any claim arising from the use of Pulse Resolve shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific fix in question.
4. Payment Terms
Pulse Resolve operates on a pay-per-fix model. Payment is collected before work begins. If a fix is confirmed unsuccessful after specialist review — meaning the issue remains unresolved and no further remediation path is available — the client is entitled to a full refund for that specific fix. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the fix attempt.
5. Data Handling
Pulse Resolve operates under a zero-retention policy. All credentials, access tokens, session data, and diagnostic artifacts are destroyed immediately upon completion of work. No client infrastructure credentials are stored, cached, or persisted beyond the active repair session. Forensic vaporization certificates — confirming the complete destruction of all session data — are provided on request.
6. Acceptable Use
The Pulse Resolve service may not be used for illegal purposes, to attack or compromise third-party infrastructure, or to circumvent security controls on systems the client does not own or have explicit authorization to manage. Any use of the platform that violates applicable law or these terms will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
7. Service Availability
Pulse Resolve provides best-effort service level availability. Critical infrastructure issues (site down, email completely non-functional, active security breach) are targeted for response within 1 hour. Standard issues are addressed within the same business day. These targets are goals, not guarantees, and may vary based on current capacity and issue complexity.
8. Modification of Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of Pulse Resolve after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
